DIET PLAN / RECEPIES
Typical Breakfasts
45g of sugar and salt free muesli and semi skimmed milk
1 boiled egg and wholemeal toast
Low fat greek yogurt with seeds and blueberrys and honey
2 egg omelet with mushrooms , made with olive oil
Lunch
If on a cleaning job 2 small brown rolls with ham and salad and mustard
1/2 a Covent garden carrot and coriander soup with chick peas or spinage in.
A greek salad ( feta, olives etc )
Left over dinner
Dinner
A home made vegetable soup
Quinoa, chicken and a dark green vegetable like broccoli
mozzerella and tomatoe slaad and parma ham
chicken stirfry
A prawn cocktail salad ( with a wedge of brown bread for who ever your eating with )
Pan fried extra lean pork loin with oven roasted new potatoes and vegetables
Snacks
2 oat biscuits with peanut butter ( ideal when you have had a day with lots of exercise
Half a tub of cottage cheese
a low fat mini baby bell
a glass of skimmed milk
carrot sticks and home made hummus or low fat hummus
a banana
a large glass of dry white wine ( always have 2-3 days off from alcohol )
